Your EstiMate repair estimateThe total, one button to the full report, and a plain note of anything the estimate could not cover, like an attic the Scout could not reach.

Every line, priced, room by room
Each line has its quantity from the Scout’s measurements, its unit cost from EstiMate’s price list, its consumables and what it needs on site. The Scout’s notes sit above the lines they led to.
Pages 2 to 10 of 15
The dumpster and the permits, from the lines that need them
Lines are marked for what they need on site: haul-out, plumbing, electrical or HVAC. The haul-out lines call for the dumpster; each trade on the job adds its permit. Each one lists the lines behind it.

Who went, how they got in, how long they stayed, the repair candidates in the Scout’s words, the full visit timeline and the checklist.
Pages 13 to 14 of 15
Stamped with where and when
A selection of the visit’s photos, each tied to its checklist item and the minute it was taken.
Inside visits start with the homeowner, not the Scout. This is the real page the homeowner opens from their text, shown with the sample visit.
The homeowner’s page, at the door.
Texted before the visitThe homeowner or contact gets the Scout’s photo, name and Scout ID, and confirms the appointment from the link.
Valid for this visit onlyThe page says VALID FOR THIS VISIT only while that Scout is the one assigned. An old or forwarded link shows nothing.
Entry is theirs to giveAt the door they confirm entry, or deny it. If the person doesn’t match, one tap alerts our team at once.
A badge they can checkThe Scout’s badge carries their Scout ID and a QR code. Scanning it shows who the Scout is, and the code on the homeowner’s page confirms this visit.
A lockbox code only at the propertyWhen there is a lockbox, the Scout sees the code only once checked in at the house.
Never mistaken for anyone elseScouts are never government officials, inspectors or utility workers, and the page says so.
Every visit checked before you see it.
A report is only worth something if it is real.
Checked in at the houseThe Scout confirms the house number and street. Where the phone was at check-in is recorded, and a check-in away from the house is flagged for review.
Taken during the visit, at the houseEvery photo carries when and where it was taken, checked against the visit.
No photo used twiceThe same photo on this visit or any other is caught.
Every item inEach one captured or marked with its reason before the visit can be submitted.
A person reviews itQuality review looks at every visit. Anything missing is redone, remotely or with a return visit.
Photos stay privateThey live in private storage and open through links that expire.
Your car + your phone + a free afternoon = paid.
Scouts photograph properties for REILink customers and are paid per visit. You don’t need to know anything about real estate: the app shows you every photo to take.
Every offer says how far the visit is from your area, before you accept.
See the offer, then decide. The visit, how far, when, how long on site and exactly what you earn, line by line, before you accept.
Go, check in, follow the checklist. The address and access come once you accept. Photos save to your phone and upload when there is signal.
Submit and get paid.Your pay is approved once the visit passes quality review.
You never buy anything to work: no software, training, gear or kit. Declining needs no reason and never counts against you. End visit / Safety issue is on screen the whole time you are at a property.
Guaranteed for this visit. It does not change after you accept.

Questions.
Do Scouts go inside?
On the Interior Property Walkthrough and the EstiMate Walkthrough, yes. The homeowner or authorized contact is told who is coming, gets the Scout’s photo and ID, and confirms entry at the door. The Exterior Property Check never goes inside.
How does the Scout get in?
You choose when you order: a lockbox, the contact meets them, a representative meets them, or another approved way. A lockbox code is shown to the Scout only once they have checked in at the property.
Do I need an EstiMate subscription?
No. The EstiMate Walkthrough includes the repair estimate. It is built in your own REILink account and you get the link to the report.
What is in the EstiMate report?
The scope room by room with quantities and unit costs, the consumables on each line, the dumpster and permits the job needs, the same scope at three finish levels and a materials list. Download the sample report to see all of it.
What if something can’t be photographed?
The Scout marks it with a reason, such as not visible from an authorized spot or not safe to capture, and you see it in your results. Areas the Scout could not reach are listed, and the estimate says what it doesn’t cover.
Do Scouts diagnose problems?
No. Scouts flag what they see and link it to their photos. The estimate is built with EstiMate from that evidence.
What does it cost, and what do Scouts earn?
You see the price before you pay. Scouts see exactly what they earn before they accept. Prices and pay are announced at launch.
